JAZEEL is based in Kuwait and gladly accepts orders from many countries including GCC countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman) and select other countries.
Select shipping option when placing your order:
- Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose an eligible shipping address for your country (no P.O. boxes).
- Select one of the available shipping options.
- Orders in Kuwait are either delivered by by our associate delivery company.
- Delivery is normally within 1-2 working days in Kuwait.
GCC & International Shipping
- For GCC countries, shipping is normally within 5-7 working days.
- For other international orders, shipping normally takes 7-10 working days.
- Please note that delays resulting from Customs and Clearance processing in your country are beyond our control.
- A tracking number of your shipment will be emailed to you once the order is collected by our courier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the State of Kuwait may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are only bearable by the recipient/buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. JAZEEL will make sure that it will dispatch your package within the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. JAZEEL will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
- Sign in to your account.
- Find the order on your account page
- Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled "Cancel" button on the Order page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
JAZEEL reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical problems, are generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be approached via phone or email to intimate about his/her problem with the reason for cancellation.
Your privacy is important to us in regards to how information about your order is used and shared. International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as but not limited to titles, for our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
